    2.1 For the purpose of carrying on the Company’s business including online/offline sales, promotional activities of our business and related products and services, we will collect your personal information not limited to the following:

    1. User name or membership number and password to enter our website and use our services；
    2. Your personal information(ex: Name, month of birth, Passport or other personal identification number, baby’s name, month of birth, other information)；
    • Your full name, month of birth, email address, telephone number, shipping address；

    2.2 The provision of personal data or any information is voluntary. However, any failure to supply the necessary personal data or information requested by us may result in us being unable to process your requests or provide the services or facilities requested by you.

    If you want us to process your application to be a member, you must provide the personal data marked as mandatory in the Membership Registration Form. Such personal data provided by you will be used  for the purposes of：

    • Application, administration, continuation and termination of your membership:；
    • Providing you with news, notices and other communications；
    • Send product trial packs；
    • Enquire information about a product or service from the Company；
    • Contact us with an enquiry or complaint；
    • Enter any promotions, competitions, prize draws through our services；
    • Redemption of bonus points and issuance of redemption letters；
    • Verification of your identity；
    • Any dispute concerning the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong；

    Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you (subject to certain exemptions) have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by us. You have the right to the following:：

    5.1  Enquiring if the Company holds their personal data, and requesting for a copy of such data；

    5.2  Requesting the Company to correct any incorrect personal data；

    5.3  Understanding the Company’s policies and rules of thumb regarding personal data as well as the type(s) of personal data the Company holds；
